Bryant & Stratton College (informally Bryant & Stratton or simply BSC) is a private college with campuses in New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin, as well as an online education division. Founded in 1854, the college offers associate degree and bachelor's degree programs.

John C. Bryant served as president of the Buffalo Bryant and Stratton Business College from 1860 until he died in 1901. After Henry Bryant's death, John sold all of his interest in the schools, but the one in Buffalo.

Richard Joshua Reynolds (July 20, 1850 – July 29, 1918) was an American businessman and founder of the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company . The son of a tobacco farmer, he worked for his father and attended Emory & Henry College from 1868 to 1870, eventually graduating from Bryant & Stratton Business College in Baltimore.
The school was founded as Trenton Business College on October 1, 1865, by Henry Beadman Bryant and Henry D. Stratton, operators of the Bryant and Stratton chain of private business schools. The school was located in Temperance Hall at the corner of South Broad and Front Streets in Trenton, New Jersey .
As the Junior College continued to grow, it began to acquire other schools throughout the Greater Boston area, including Holliston Junior College, Grahm Junior College, and the Boston branch of Bryant & Stratton College, which Newbury acquired in 1975.
