If I go to copilot.microsoft.com it automatically tries to get me to login with my school account and when I try to login with my personal it says it’s not allowed. The toolbar is the only place it works but I can’t use the app at all or the browser. This used to work fine and I had no issues but all of a sudden I can’t use it or login.

Hi Krishbin, Copilot in Bing may have acquired the Microsoft account login status for the Bing service, which may be affected by the browser profile and account type. If possible, you can try assigning a separate personal type of browser profile and signing in to your personal Microsoft account in the Bing service first. Bing.

Solutions from the Outlook team: • have the most updated version of Outlook. • manually set up the account as a Microsoft 365 account (not Outlook.com, as I was doing) • use cellular service not WiFi. this worked for me! finally able to get my school accounts on the mobile app. CY.
It seems that any time you go to reinstall Windows, it will force you to sign into a work/school account unless you can get it to allow a local account. I tried installing Windows 11 again from USB, and it did not "convert" the device to a personal device. As for a permanent fix, I have nothing. leenei.co/links.
