Bryant University has a growing Greek Life on campus, with two of the oldest chapters dating to 1944. Currently, there are four IFC fraternities and four NPC sororities, along with several cultural interest Greek-lettered organizations.
After going dormant, it reformed as a colony in 1975 and 1987. ^ Chapter formed from Rho Eta, established in 1949. After going dormant, it reformed as a colony in 2009. ^ Chapter formed from Sigma Alpha Delta, established in 1950. Later, it reformed from Delta Alpha Gamma. ^ Chapter formed from Delta Sigma, established in 1952.

It was reestablished as Beta Second chapter in 1880. ^ Gamma chapter was founded at Jefferson College in 1842 and merged with Washington College's Nu chapter (founded in 1855) when the two colleges joined as Washington & Jefferson in 1865. ^ This chapter's charter was revoked in 2006. It was reformed as a colony in 2011.
