East Rochester is a coterminous town and village located southeast of the city of Rochester in Monroe County, New York, United States.The town and village, home to 6,334 people at the time of the 2020 United States census, is bordered by Pittsford on the west side, by Perinton to the east, and by Penfield to the north.
