MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — The Empire State Building debuts its new 102nd floor observatory this month, offering visitors 360-degree views from the top of the iconic Midtown skyscraper.
The 102nd floor observation deck (former airship terminal) has been closed to the public for some years, but still retains its original design. The metal dome over the 104th floor is signed by many of the broadcast engineers who have worked in the building.
