Albuquerque Rapid Transit (ART) is a bus rapid transit (BRT) system serving the Central Avenue corridor in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. There are two lines running between Tramway Boulevard ( NM 556 ), the Central and Unser Transit Center (CUTC), and the Uptown Transit Center (UTC).
Service times on each route may vary from every 15 minutes to every hour, but the system generally runs from 5:30 am until 6 pm, with some routes running later. A notable exception is route #66 which runs from 5:30 am until 12:30 am weekdays and Saturdays.

While the former US 66 through Albuquerque is now owned and maintained by the city of Albuquerque, a few US-66/BUSINESS I-40 signs remain along Central Avenue in the downtown area. East of Albuquerque, US 66 is now NM 333 all the way to Moriarty .

A Rapid Ride bus on Central. The Central Avenue public transit corridor is the most heavily traveled in the city with 350,000 monthly boardings in 2006. ABQ RIDE operates three city bus routes on Central: the 66 Central local route and the 766 Red Line and 777 Green Line Rapid Ride express routes.
Local bus service in Nob Hill is provided by ABQ RIDE's 66 Central, 97 Zuni, and 16/18 Broadway-University-Gibson routes. In addition, there is a Rapid Ride station at Central and Carlisle providing express bus service via the 766 Red Line and 777 Green Line.
All inbound routes to the Alvarado Transportation Center, except route #66 and ART and ARTx routes, have a fare-free zone downtown.
