The depot, as well as JFK Depot, are owned by GTJ Reit, Inc., except for the newly built annex building which is owned by the MTA-NYCTA, and had been used by Green Bus Lines Inc. before being leased to the City of New York and MTA Bus in 2006 for a period of 21 years. The depot has two storage lots and a small maintenance facility.
In 2018 the MTA installed hand-painted laminated glass murals in the elevated walkway. The artwork, Outlook, was created by Diane Carr and fabricated by Peters Studios / Glasmalerei Peters. In 2019, the MTA announced that this station would become ADA-accessible as part of the agency's 2020–2024 Capital Program.
