If your account is a Microsoft365 Work/School account and if you are an end user/if you are an admin but another user has admin rights, it is suggested to contact your admin and ask the admin to reset the Authentication method for your account.
To remove the account, kindly open the Windows setting by pressing Windows key + i. In the settings go to Accounts > Email & Accounts. In the right pane go to Account used by other apps section then highlight the account that you want to delete then click remove. Thank you for your reply. however the remedy you recommended, "Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn or Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support." will not work. As I stated before, I am the admin and am unable to login.
We're in the process of configuring a computer with a Microsoft Business Premium account. The computer currently has an administrator account under ****@ugafco.aero.
