Skyline (Honolulu) Skyline is a rapid transit system in the City and County of Honolulu on the island of Oʻahu, in the state of Hawaiʻi. Phase 1 of the project opened June 30, 2023 and lies entirely outside of the Urban Honolulu census-designated place, linking East Kapolei (on the ʻEwa Plain) and Aloha Stadium.
