  4. The first group of information that presents is Account (where is says Reachable at), and the second is Security (where is says Trusted Phone Numbers. Amend both as appropriate. You might need to turn off Messages and FaceTime on your iPhone, then reactivate them when you've made the edits to your account.

    FaceTime calls from random numbers. I just got a new phone number a few months ago, ever since then i've been receiving random FaceTime calls from around the world. I've always just declined the calls until recently, when the calls started saying "answered on another device" before i even get a chance to decline it.
