Grand Central Madison is a commuter rail terminal for the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Part of the East Side Access project, the new terminal started construction in 2008 and opened on January 25, 2023.
It also contains a connection to the Long Island Rail Roadthrough the Grand Central Madisonstation, a 16-acre (65,000 m2) rail terminal underneath the Metro-North station, built from 2007 to 2023. The terminal also connects to the New York City Subwayat Grand Central–42nd Street station.

Work on the East Side Access project, which brought Long Island Rail Road trains into the Grand Central Madison station under the existing terminal, started in 2007.
