Al-Qalam University, Katsina (AUK), formerly known as Katsina University, Katsina (KUK) is located in Dutsinma Road, Katsina State.Established in 2005, it is the second private Islamic institution in Nigeria.
NAVSUP BSC began as the U.S. Navy's Fleet Material Support Office (FMSO) on Jan. 15, 1962 under the command of Capt. I. F. Haddock. The command's original mission was to manage Navy-owned retail stocks of medical, general, and industrial materials bought and controlled by the newly established Defense Supply Agency.
The BSC houses approximately 1250 students in 20 properties (17 of which it owns and three of which it leases from UC Berkeley), while other members have boarding-only (i.e. meal plan) contracts.
