While the I admit that "RTA Rapid Transit" is redundant, the new title is misleading. "Rapid Transit Authority" is the name of the agency that runs transit in Cleveland, including buses. "Rapid Transit" is the specific brand name the RTA uses for the system comprising the Red, Blue, and Green rail lines.
