After the Help Point test was successfully completed, the MTA started to install Help Points in all 472 subway stations to replace the existing Customer Assistance Intercom (CAI) units. The help points were installed in 166 stations by 2014, [202] at which time the remaining stations were scheduled to have Help Points by the end of 2019. [203]
