   I hear this a lot from others trying to apply. I guess I got lucky with my enrollment counselor. Try to focus on a specific enrollment counselor and try to keep in touch them. When I applied I had an enrollment counselor reach out to me and she helped me through the entire process.

    Asking because I wanted to complete the majority of my coursework outside of WGU through certifications or equivalency tests (straighterline, study.com) before enrolling in my first semester, but I want to make sure I'd actually be admitted to the program first before I potentially waste time.
