Pappas Restaurants, Inc. (or simply Pappas Restaurants) is a privately held restaurant chain in the Southern and Southwestern United States. It is headquartered in Houston , Texas. [1] Its brands include Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, Pappas Seafood, Pappas Bar-B-Q, Pappas Burger, Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Pappasito's, and Yia Yia Mary's.
In 2015 the family opened their largest restaurant to date, a 320-seat restaurant and takeaway, which was the world's biggest fish and chip shop, in Willerby in the East Riding of Yorkshire. In August 2016 they announced expansion into Hull with the conversion of the Swiss Cottage public house into a 250-seat restaurant and takeaway.
Two Pesos was a Tex-Mex restaurant chain in the U.S. state of Texas that opened in 1982 in Houston. It was similar to Taco Cabana but Two Pesos never opened in Taco Cabana's home market of San Antonio.

Yia Yia Mary's (sometimes referred to as Yia Yia Mary's Greek Kitchen and Yia Yia Mary's Mediterranean Kitchen) was a Greek restaurant with two locations in Houston, in the U.S. state of Texas. Pappas Restaurants opened the Uptown Houston restaurant in 2004, and second Yia Yia Mary's began operating at William P. Hobby Airport in 2015.
