Is anyone else having problems with the MyVerizon app chat option not working? I can choose the option to chat, and it just acts like it's loading, but never opens to chat with support. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hello and welcome! Well calling them is the easiest way to get a live voice conversation. However, if you want a live online (on screen chat) then simply going to the web site (I usually go to the phone section) and wait a few minutes and usually a live chat window appears. Hope this helps
