The CDL Shuttle Driver will provide exceptional service and safety at all times and will ensure the vehicle is cleaned and maintained and meets company standards and brand representation.Responsibilities:Maintain safety standards at all times while transporting employees to their designated areaEnsure that the vehicle meets all safety requirements and is up to date with the maintenance scheduleFollow all traffic signs/laws and maintain posted speed limitsEnsure all passengers are authorized to board the ShuttleMaintain a set schedule to ensure delays are at a minimumEnsure each passenger has a positive experienceEnsure all issues get resolved in a timely mannerExtend the Exceptional Care philosophy at all timesInform and relay all necessary information in a clear and concise, professional way to Managers and passengers, whether in person or via the Shuttle radioQualifications:Years of Experience: 6 Months Professional DrivingLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenEducation Requirements: High School Diploma/GEDLicenses required: CDL class A, B, or C WITH Passenger EndorsementCertificates required: Updated Medical Certificate; DPU CertificationRequirements:Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in EnglishSit for long periodsWalk short distancesPossess the manual ability to operate a Shuttle bus safelyCurrently holds a valid Driver’s License in state of residencyStrong sense of customer serviceAbility to lift a minimum of 50 poundsBe at least 18 years of ageBe able and willing to smile during every customer interaction with passengersMaintain uniform standards while around the accountPass a criminal background check and drug testDriving record must meet company standardsAbility to successfully pass company issued driving testAbility to create relationships with customersTime management & problem-solving skillsBenefits:Paid weeklySign on BonusMedical, Dental, Vision after 30 days401K with up to a 5% matchShort-term disabilityAccident insuranceLife insuranceVPNE Parking Solutions is a family-owned, fun, and rapidly growing company headquartered in the Greater Boston Area.
